Returning Damaged/Defective Items
In cases of damaged or defective items; send a digital image of the damaged item along with a clear description of the damage in an email to our customer support team. Once a Fresh Supreme rep determines the issue, a paid return label will be emailed to you and a new item will be shipped to the address on your original order.
Exchanged Merchandise Request
Send an email to getfresh@freshsupreme.com to request an EMR. You must make this request within 14 days of receiving your order. The subject should be "EMR". Describe the damaged item and attach any digital images you have to this email. Someone from our team will get back to you and resolve the issue.
